YouTube Auto Upload

Effective: October 10, 2026

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current desktop application YouTube Auto Upload and this public information website. The operator can be contacted at rjrockyou112131@gmail.com.

Information accessed and stored

After you authorize Google OAuth, the application receives access and refresh tokens. It reads your authorized YouTube channel ID and name to check the upload destination, and accesses uploaded video metadata and processing status. It stores tokens, local video and audio files, artwork, titles, descriptions, chapters, and upload records on the computer running the application. It does not ask for or store your Google password.

Purpose and permissions

The youtube.upload permission is used to send videos and their metadata to your selected YouTube channel. The youtube.readonly permission is used to identify the authorized channel and check uploaded video status. These permissions are used for the upload features you request. If editing permissions are added in a later version, the application will ask you to authorize those additional permissions.

Where information goes

Videos, titles, descriptions, and upload settings are sent to Google/YouTube to fulfill your upload request. Google tokens are used only to authenticate requests to Google services. If you enable optional AI cover generation, cover-generation inputs are sent to the configured image provider; Google OAuth tokens are not provided to that service. Information you send by support email is used to respond to your request.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are saved in local files with owner-only filesystem permissions. They are not encrypted by this application; protection also depends on the security and backup settings of the computer running it. Local media and upload records remain until you or the operator delete them. This public website does not receive your YouTube tokens or host your uploaded videos.

Revocation and deletion

You can revoke the application's Google access in Google Account connections. Remove the corresponding local token file to disconnect the application on the computer. You can delete local output files and upload records, and delete videos directly in YouTube Studio. Revoking access does not automatically delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. For operator-managed copies, contact rjrockyou112131@gmail.com to request deletion; the operator will remove those copies within 30 days. Do not send passwords, tokens, or authorization codes by email.

Use of Google user data

Google API user data is used only to deliver the authorized features. It is not sold, used for advertising or profiling, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Use and transfer of Google API information follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Website hosting

The information website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network request information, such as IP addresses and browser headers, to deliver and protect the website. This website includes no analytics scripts, advertising, or tracking cookies added by the developer.

Related policies and changes

The application uses YouTube API Services. See Google's Privacy Policy, YouTube's Terms of Service, and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Updates to this policy will be published here with a revised effective date.
